I forgot his name, but i think the 2nd dragon on episode 2 could be the hardest boss in the game. For some reason sonic team took it easy with him but dam.

He splits into 3 and disappears and random attacks u. Just imagine how difficult it could be if there was a level past ultimate. And he has probably the most attacks in the game as a boss.

I'd agree with you on that one. The Dragon on ep 2 makes Olga Flow and Dark Falz seem like the very first Dragon on ep 1.
