I got this game only couple of days ago and I only got it to play online. I sign up and pay my 6 pound a month fee but after that when i try to log in to play pso online it just sez you have been disconnected please check web site to see if the sever is down or sumthink like that. So what the smeg is going on. I fill like I have been cheated out of my money here. I can play anyother game online so why not this.

Yeah. If you're on 360, don't hit retry. Just go back to the title screen and try again until it works.

If you call SEGA, say hi to Juan for me!

If it's saying the server is down consistently then you probably have the DNS bug.. Head to the 360 technical section and there's something in the FAQ on how to bypass it. They've been "aware of the problem and working to resolve it" since the beta.

I still don't know why the hell it isn't fixed yet - there's nothing wrong with your DNS servers, and everything wrong with the way Sega is trying to use them. They're trying a bogus lookup presumably to detect a working DNS server, but not all servers respond the same way to the invalid lookup they're trying to do (cyclic 0.x.y.0).

It's easily the worst problem affecting the game as it prevents a large number of people with perfectly valid setups from accessing the service -at all-. That's paying customers, like you and me.

LAZY SEGA!

They found the time to fix the oh-so-evil clothing glitch though. Awesome.

Hmmm... he mentioned 6-month trial. No such thing on 360... is there?

He mentioned 6 pounds a month, not a six month trial. Hm. I thought it was 7 pounds a month. OP needs to give more information so mods can at least move this to the right place I guess.

(still using a DNS hack of my own since the tech section one no longer works for me)

D'oh, right. Six pounds, not six months. Most likely it's the DNS thing, yes.
