first off, misy lyrics is always repeating itself, secondly, lots of MC are becoming producers anyhow (mobb depp, kanye west, eminem... to name a few), any artist can write songs, like GAY-Z (doesn't mean it good, but he write them), obie, EM, Dre, D-12, tupac.
anyone can sing as well, I hear EM do chorus in my band, I hear ja rule sings, I hear 50 sings, Nate Dogg sings.

First off, I wanted to correct rice, because Kanye was never an emcee. He was a producer turned emcee. College Drop Out is his first joint as a Roca Fella artist. Second, yes it is sad to see some producers getting outshined by a new wave of peeps such as the Neptunes (they are good though over saturated in the market) or Slim Shady. As it were though, I don't think Timbaland is being forgotten. He did a track for the Blue Print Vol. 2 called the Bounce. And that was a good single. Anyways my favorite Eminem song is I'm Back off of the Marshall Mathers LP.

to add to my previous post, timberland beats aren;t getting any better tahn it used to, missy beats are lame, to it lowest level. Have you heard the "under contruction" CD? my sister bought and play, and it was total garbage.
anyone can write songs, but only a true writer can write hits. Missy can;t do that, all of her music concist of her saying the same thing over and over witht hat stupid anoying strected voice.

kanye always rapped, he just became a producer first, and imo i think that hola hovito was way better than the bounce, that beat has to be the best beat that timbaland has done for jay-z

i like just blaze better because all kanye does is sample old music, while that's nice and all, just blaze can do something like friday night (young gunz) just blaze bleek and free (memphis bleek) can't let you go remix (fabolous) but then he can sample stuff as good or even better than kanye (song cry) plus he's ill with instruments (hovi baby, meet the parents)
