Utter Strangness

Well, 3 friends and myself were going to play a game, and we were in the lobby chatting, when all of a sudden, my screen gets all big, like it went into widescreen or something, and it destorted my view, I checked all the cables and connections, even turned off my cube and tv and got back on. Nothing worked. Then we decided to go ahead and play through ult. seabeds. We had all kinds of problems, there was incredible lag. Seabeds lag anyway during some of the rooms, but this was crazy. One of our friends even lagged out of the game. Not only that, but players lvl. 157 and lvl. 200 were suddenly and without warning killed. There were no creatures using megid, and it was not a battle game. They just......died. We decided shortly after to quit for fear of our characters, and was hoping for a possible answer or solution. :(

It was probably a hacker/cheat device utilizer.

it was wicked weird... at one point my hp dropped to 9, then i just died. and i didnt even take a hit! no megid, no nothing.
at one point, i couldnt move for like 5 minutes. i tried all three controllers, but nothing. i could, however, still type.
it might have been my fault... a several months ago my younger brother used ar on a different game, but his data was on the card i was using. ever since, weird things have been happening... like i was able to buy 'rico's glasses' out of the armor shop at one point, and last night i noticed that my 4-slotted love heart was suddenly slot-less...
would ar codes for metroid prime effect my pso data like that?

Hmm, maybe it's posible that other codes are effecting the game. Do you have a save file with an AR code-enabled game on it? Is your CD scratched at all causing it read differently.
