Ok kinda in a position, account help? info?

Got mad several weeks ago and decided to cancel my account, now i want it back, but there is no resume subscription button at PLAYSEGA. My account officially terminates on the 25th of Dec. So I'm curious when it does go from pending cancel to cancel, will the button to reactivate appear?

Im just scared I'll lose all my progress,

Last I heard, you open a new account with the old info and you get your chara back, but I'm on 360, so wait for a PC/PS2 person to answer.

I canceled my account back in July after only playing a month. Now with the expansion I decided to come back and give it a try.

All you have to do is make up a new subscription with your same account and info. Your characters will still be there for you. Mine were. =) Normally an MMO doesn't delete your characters just because you quit paying for a subscription.

I tryed to recreate a new subscription, but ended up getting a PSOBB one :oops: So i think the issue may be at this point that i need to wait out the pending cancel, until its actually canceled, then do new subscription sound right?

I know I hate trying to figure out how to maintain accounts on an MMO. they are always different and are never user friendly in my opinion.

it will go from 'pending cancel' to cancel after the last day of the billing cycle (in this case, sounds like the 25th)

you can wait until it is cancelled and just log into your playsega account right away and select 'new subscription' from the menu. this will purchase a new subscription on your account. all your character and game data is tied to that playsega account username and should be preserved.

Also, the resume feature was removed from the Billing service. You can still resume progress, but as Eggshen noted, it requires you wait until the account is fully canceled before doing so.
