Wasn't it great? I loved that game. One of the best beat 'em ups to ever hit the arcades...

No, I think it was just called X-Men the Arcade Game. It had Collosus, Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Storm, Jubilee (I think), and Cyclops. 6 players could play at once.

Yeah, it came out around 90, maybe 92. Not sure. It rocked though.

That only half counts. They lure you there with the putt-putt and go-karts, and then you play a couple games to reminisce.

I never goto putt putt for gokarts or putt putt, i go there for the grid, starwars and ddr.

Excellent point. The Star Wars Arcade Game is very, very, very good. I've spent a ton of money on that too.

I beat vader, but the last level is insane. The Battle of Endor. You actually partially control the ship, and I didn't know this. So I was running into sh1t before I even knew what was going on. And there are tie interceptors EVERYWHERE. Which is just like the movie, so I guess it fits.

Yep, it's a great game all around. have you played the pod racing one? It's nifty. Not that great, but it's kind of cool to pilot your own podracer, just like in Ep. I.

That sucks. Hunt him down and beat him with a putter, ala GTA Vice City.

Of course. No sense in beating a person unless you are going to rob them too.

Heck, i could never beat Vadar. And the Episode 1 racer was pretty hard at first. Its basically like operrating a twin engine boat using only the thrust of the engines to stear. Pretty cool though.

Oh, that Konami game. They did several other games like that based on popular licenses at the time, such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the Simpsons, which deserves credit for including characters from Matt Groening's Life In Hell comic strip.
