Make a lottery, and have the play fee of 10k for everyone too play and It will have a high payout. Every thursday is payout, and the winner is listed in the view information in your shop or room.

I say they do varying lotto's, like 10k could be the cheapest, then do a 100k, and 1 mil option. :o

10k limit is fine. If players want to purchase extra tickets they can just spend as much as they want on them. No reason to have higher cost entries except to alienate the masses.

I'd prefer it if they had a limit on lotto-tickets each week though, so everyone has an equal chance; thus, the different meseta-levels for different lotto-rewards. :/

And they should keep some to get some of this god-forsaken meseta out of the game.

You assume that there has to be a winner. The point of a lottery is a money sink and the chance to win money, not to guarantee a winner. I understand your idea but what you want is a raffle, not a lottery. A raffle has limited tickets at a preset cost with 5-10 prizes based on the number of tickets sold. A lottery is a chance to win money based on the amount invested so far. There does not need to be a winner and small prizes can be given even if you do not win. Either idea can work, but it would be too easy for a player to fix a raffle where a lottery is entirely random.

If it's a "Pick-5" lotto, there's a 1-in-100000 chance of winning if only the numbers 0-9 were used. If someone wants to blow 300mill on lotto tickets, let them. I don't think there's a limit in real life aside from the store running out of tickets.
Another option could be a "Pick-3" lotto. Better chances of winning but less payout.
