I will offer some "tips" (read: conspiracy theories)

Each time I have found a Psycho Wand [B] it would be on the same day I found a Relic Edge (1 or 2)

SELL THEM IN YOUR SHOP IMMEDIATELY, AND GRAB THE CASH EARNED AND GO BACK TO PARUM, STAY ON THE SAME UNIVERSE.

Keep farming / leveling up skills.

Sega seems to be like "Hahaha he sold the materials, give him the board as punishment so he has to rebuy the materials he just sold for a higher price"

Also: If you get a [B] Meteor Cannon, 1/3 times afterwards, you will find a [B] Psycho Wand 1-3 runs later.

Don't finish the runs either, abandon after the 3 Svaltus Spawn.

None of this information will help you, but it gives anybody reading the topic more insight as to what I did on my "Excavation Runs"

I couold believe the material part but in my own experience i did about 200 runs searching for that board and no luck. so I got fed up went to my room and just bought the board. after i bought the board I began to synth and decided to go do another couple runs to make some money back from edges. First run right after I bought the board one drops in the second block. I was like you got to be kidding me.

I hate those...I've stopped picking up the ran-misaki and meteor cannons.I still do. you can sell claws to the npc and the meteor cannons made were going for about 300-400k. not sure about now though. Every penny adds up.
