When is Sega going to release the three lock on games of Blue Spheres, Knuckles in Sonic 2, and Sonic 3 and Knuckles as Downloadable Content for Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection?

You won't ever get the lock-on games. They will be coming onto XBOX Live later this year and you can buy them there.
