Friend of mine had mentioned his dad might have seen something like this at E3 or something like that.. Either way he posted a link to my other friend but he never got it so I was wondering if anyone else had any information....

Just rumor - I can confirm there wasn't anything of the sort mentioned at E3. Interesting concept, though!

If there was a "VC MMO", then it would probably be online BLiTZ (tweaked) battles. But if it had to be all action, then it would probably be an online shooter.

Picturing an MMO with CANVAS graphics does make me think of what might be the prettiest MMO in existence... the only downside I can think of is that the battles would have to be changed quite a bit.

A VC MMORPG I wouldnt be a fan of... I like the gameplay how it is honestly but online modes for VC would be very cool... Army vs Army.


That said an MMORPG with the Canvas engine could be pretty cool, Skies of Arcadia would make a great MMORPG if you ask me... awesome setting for an MMORPG. Or something like the Steam punk word from the anime Last Exile would also be ****** for a Canvas MMORPG... Just dreaming now.

Comparing an MMO that doesn't exist in any form to an MMO that doesn't exist yet and extrapolating some sort of evaluation from that? That's quite the hypothetical exercise!

Not that I disagree, naturally.
