Highlight, please.

Since witnessing the scenes with Gen. Damon, I noticed that he is abusive, cruel and talks like he's hateful. Like for example, Gen. Damon has always been known to call Selvaria a "War Witch" or a "Witch". WTF is his problem, anyway?

As for Maximilian, what kind of accent is he speaking with?

He is a caricature.

English or Japanese? I think the latter accent is "Lelouch."

Well Damon is an aristocrat, and in most media such as video games, the aristocrats come off as giant *******s.

I don't know what an aristocrat thingy means. There is no site that has detailed explanation of that word. I really do not believe that aristocrat is English. It might be Greek for a word that cannot be translated to English.

Highlight below:

Anyway, about Giorgios Geld, understanding that he is a sadist who loves to torture prisoners to death, just before he was taken away to get executed, The Imperial Officer told him this: "Lord Commander Maximilian is a strict man on protol. You roused quite a fire in him. You are to be court-martialed herewith. Brace yourself for the worst, Captain." Rousing a fire in someone?

It is an English word. Broken down by its (as you determined) Greek roots, it essentially means a person of the ruling class in a highly hierarchical, conservative society. Whether this means noble-born gentry or simply the wealthy, aristocrats are those who hold high social standing in their respective society. The character bio does mention that Damon is from a noble lineage and attributes his high military rank largely to that, so there you go.

Rousing a fire in someone?

He was, in a colorful way, saying that Geld's transgressions had enraged Maximillian. End result: Geld probably faced a firing squad before he could say "war crimes tribunal."
