Ring Collection Issue

I have come across an issue when attempting to quit and collect rings. When I do this for the quiz games, sometimes the program will not respond, and will just sit on the main menu screen. I end up losing all the rings that I earn. This has happened to me several times.

Yep, same here. Most games are still fine when collecting rings, but play a quiz game or the slots and you get nothing after clicking collect rings.

Question: all games have "quit and collect"? I just finished Sonic, and "quit and collect" wasn't an option...

Unfortunately the issue mentioned above is still the case, hopefully SEGA can address it soon.

Not all, in general the games in the Mega Drive (Genesis) section don't have this option.
The best way to tell if a game does offer rings is it'll have this message above it.

To collect your PlaySEGA Rings, press Menu, then 'Quit & Collect Rings'.
