Buying meseta is against the ToS, so you're right there. AFK leveling is pretty much required if you're not a kid and/or don't have a lot of free time though, on the PAs with broken EXP modifiers (like buffs, holy shoot...)

But, especially since you just said what you're looking for, people will now know what NOT to tell you they do. ;) Personally, I don't like reading text written in txtspeak.
