Odin sphere style sonic and a good idea :)

My first try

And a good idea would be for sega to make Nights playable In dream Zone
to get the dream Emerald
Nights would tag along
(Oh the music of star light zone comes to my mind when I think of this idea)

That would actually be a pretty neat little visual touch, to change his expression based on how many rings he has.

I prefer that model, one thats more updated and refined would work great over the modern one, and a damn good idea too lol its much more true to the art form from Sonic 1-3+K and would be more logical since STH4 is set immediately after S+K for his general look to remain the same/similar

Why do you keep pulling that excuse? IMO, S3&K irked me so much cause they changed his sprite to this four fingered grinning wierdo. They should have sticked with his Sonic 1/2 model.

Tbf that was all you needed, do you not know how to make a constructive discussion ;) Your "whining" about the flood of repeated threads but the activity is good and healthy for the forums, even if you've seen the same conversation a hundred times. It's this elitist "grouping" to knock at other fans that really ruins the experience of the forum and not the "whining of classic fans" as you put it just because theres a differing opinion to that of your own

And yeah the S2 model would be good as well although I think to use the S1 model its basically the other end of the spectrum to the modern look. A nice midpoint would be great.

guess mid point sounds about right, i think the old Sonic is just a little short.
