Those're all the ones I know about, not counting anything from the shows and comics.

World Rings and the Sol Emeralds would be out-of-place in a game that takes place before Secret Rings or Rush, but Chaos Emeralds, Super Emeralds, and Time Stones could concievably all make an appearance.

The 3D games, other than Heroes, all made the Emeralds plot-based, but "green-eyed Sonic" has nothing to do with that. The game design does.

Actually, you do have a point there. Sonic 1, and 2 had chaos emeralds.
Sonic 3&Knuckles introduced Super Emeralds, which were actually an evolution of the chaos emeralds. Sonic CD introduced the time stones, which weren't in any other game since then.

yeah i mean seriously im fine with shadow(from SA2) but this new one is just mad it sucks even worse than silver(well lets not go that far) but i liked his story in SA2 that he promised maria he will avenge her and all that(i mean he was good in the end and had feelings) but now he's just @$$

all the nw characters wre encouraged by solaris paradox which is why all games suck butt right now and which is why the formula for sonic 4 is changing becaus his design he suggest solaris is just a dissappointment for this fan base thinking hes all right when hes wrong he even made an excuse sonic would be modern and have green eyes if they had the technology back in the day but he didnt know super soic had green eyes in sonic 3 i knuckles hs a degrace and should be the symbol of segas failure behind green eyed sonic ramming him in the rear cuz thats how anel he is about everything
