Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll 5.5

Nintendo Power

Um... this is also a Nintendo game. So I could see that they might of boosted the score a little bit. So I'm wondering if this game will hit the 3-4's! -_-

A 5.5 is really shocking from Nintendo Power. Especially seeing how IGN gave the game a 7.8....

It's quiet obvious! Nintendo hates games on the Wii...wait...wha?

In a logical sense, they just didn't like it?

To be honesty Sega should abandon that crappy console anyway... Clearly Nintendos little buttmonkeys that do their 'oh so unbiased' reviews aren't going to throw Sega any bones...

Not to mention Monkey Ball would benifit from NOT having gimmicky crap Nintendo controls and a simple ugly art style to hide the fact Wii games cant look good.

Woah, that sounds harsh.

And those blokes at IGN gave it 7.8? What is up with Nintendo Power?

I'm pretty sure you'd be all over it if it was on the PS3 and used the same art style and it also used motion controls, you little SEGA buttmonkey.

Being a big fan of the previous Monkey Ball games, I was very disappointed with this game.
Sure, the music is great and the visuals are bright and colorful, but the level design just wasn't interesting. It feels like they're running out of ideas -- the levels are generally plain, empty, and very easy (which isn't helped by the amount of Bonus Stages you can encounter).
I'd love to see a Monkey Ball game that's as difficult as the first one is, but it doesn't seem like that'll happen any time soon -- SEGA's too busy catering to casual gamers.
