XBOX 360 Version Questions

I Keep Hearing that Resonance of Fate Will still have Japanese Voices, will they Still be Available on xbox 360 Version Considering the Size of the XBOX 360 Discs? how many Discs Will be the Game?

Yes, the Xbox 360 version will still have both versions, though some of the English voices have been cut. People keep saying they supposedly cut the English voices in some of the cutscenes, but I think they only cut some of the English voices from certain conversations that aren't from cutscenes.

Is there any information on whether or not there will be a region lock on the Xbox 360 version of Resonance of Fate?

Well, are you talking about if Resonance of Fate the english version is going to be region locked for the United States? Or are you talking about if Resonance of Fate is going to be region locked for Japan or something along the lines of that?

I would like to know the latter, if Resonance of Fate is going to be region locked for Japanese Xbox 360s.
This is because I only have a Japanese Xbox 360.

Well, since End of Eternity is region locked for the United States Xbox 360 (I'm not sure if it is, just guessing it is). I'm going to have to say Resonance of Fate is going to be region locked for the Japanese Xbox 360. You should try to rent it, and if it works, just buy it.

Well, I was hoping to find it out before the game comes out.
By the time I can rent it, the info should be available on Play-Asia, which would be pointless of me to rent it at that point.

Also, just to let you know, most Xbox 360 games sold in Japan are region locked to Japanese 360s only.
However, a good majority of Xbox 360 games sold in America are playable on Japanese 360s.
For example, Bayonetta JPN was region locked, but Bayonetta USA was not.

Then that might be your answer :) Resonance of Fate would most likely not be region locked then.

Every cutscene I have played through so far has been fully voiced in English. In addition, talking to NPC characters in the towns also prompts a few other lines of pre-written voice acting.

At first I thought the NPC's would say the same thing through each chapter, but it became apparent quickly that they actually sometimes comment on the recent happenings in the story. Overall, I'm really impressed with both the depth and the quality of the voice acting they've added.

I've hit a roadblock named 'politics', and it doesn't seem to want to budge. :-P

But I suppose it won't make a huge difference soon, as users will be able to upload some of the cutscenes themselves once the game is out.

Tip: The opening cutscene in the chapter "Blackout" is one of my favorites, and the one I was going to try and show you guys. It's very well-written, and is a great example of the voice acting.
