PC/PS2 GGC II Champions - BILLY MAYS HERE!

Congratulations to our GGC II champions on the PC/PS2 side, BILLY MAYS HERE!

To say that this was "hard fought" would be an understatement.

The time difference between BILLY MAYS and 2nd place finishers DESTINY CREATORS was exactly 1 second -- 5:57 for Destiny Creators and 5:56 for BILLY MAYS.

I feel a bit light-headed after that one. I was extremely nervous for both teams, as I've run a lot of missions with both sets of players. You're all obviously excellent time attackers and great players and it has been a huge pleasure to do these. I mean it when I say, excellent work by all of you!

it was so close.....we did our best, but 1 sec for our conditions as slowier as bobbys team... just try that. it wasnt that easy but we almost did it...
congratulations to BILLY MAYS HERE, but u know how disappointed i feel about that 1 sec? who know where we lost a sec maybe...but now it is okay for me. we lost and maybe "Sonic" (come on...that was u ed....your comment...i blog it....) will find something else for all of us, so everything is alright. i think for the end of our server, that was a perfect match in the end, between the best TA teams. was fun and maybe cya on jp server again guys

Wow.... thats just too good of an epic ending for pc/ps2 Grats to both teams!
This reminds me of my Team +Jaos For Jesus Vs Happy Christmas On 360 server last GGC were we had a draw at bladed and had to do a re run and we lost by 6 secs but funny how things work out later that week we raced them again in a player event race through the parum gbr missions and they lost by 5 secs ironic eh?

I know that a lot of teams tried very hard to get together and practice and compete. It wasn't always easy trying to get things together or to schedule, but I feel we had a great run this year. I'm glad that our final teams were so well matched. One could say it took some effort to get the tourney completed in time and it looks like it was appropriately spent.

To those finalists on this side, I hope you enjoy your real life prizes. You've done a lot and even in the face of the closure, so I can't help but recognize all of you as true blue. Way to go!

First of all, I want to congratulate BILLY MAYS HERE. It was a good race and you guys surely put up a good fight for us. I did saw your video, it was good. We did it sligtly different than you guys. More Robardo for me and one less SUV.

To lose it by 1 second is a bit sad, but considering we are that far from the server, we have done very well to keep up with the pace. Who knows anything could have happened, I just wished the world could slow down 2 sec more while we did our race :) Anyway, it's all over now.

I am quite happy on our team perfermance and I have to thank everyone in our team who did their best to keep up the standard throughout the whole tournment. A lot late night practice and work around with your daily life routine. I am sorry that I couldn't bring the crown back home again but Akushy, zoe and LP, you guys make me proud to be in this team.

Also want to thank Edward and S-T-H for this tournament and to work around with our reschedule. It was a good experience and glad we participated again.

And finally special thanks to SpAwn and Tianna for their help and hopefully I will be seeing all of you soon (I know I am seeing some of you already on the 'other server' :)
