Troubles on chapter 12

Hey guys, got to chapter 12, and I`m trying to do the wedding crasher mission, the only problem is, you need a dark yellow energy hex to get to the elevator that takes you to level 1 on the right side.

I checked across the entirety of Basel and it`s the only hex of that color. Does anyone know where to get the hex I need?

hmm... im pretty sure you should have got that automatically.....i don't remember though...

The final dungeon has a final boss and two sub bosses. You get both dark hexes from said sub bosses.
