I think there is a bug or something. On server 5, in 2 days, someone donated 800K to an alliance. So...

I started playing about 30 hours ago on world 5 and have accumulated 180 DP so far. I think people are probably picking a monster they like and bidding every DP they have on it. DP is acquired naturally and the longer the game goes on the more DP inflation there will be as long as demand exceeds supply. Plus if you pull a SR monster and sell it, you will have a ton of DP which you can then bid heavily on other things. You only need a handful of monsters at the start so after you get the few you need most people save their DP and then spend it heavily on just the one auction they want.

IC so I think I would keep my 400 for cyclops or Frost salamander if someone have
I was so sad I saw 250 Frost salamander but no one was bidding it but that time I just spend my DP on something else :-(
It isn't hard to earn DP. Between missions, and auctioning off all the monsters you don't want it will jump up fast.

I was under the impression that if you auction your monster off, you will have to pay a fee depending on the closing amount if it sells so.. um yeh?
Someone care to shed some light onto this?

The auction house takes 10% of the final sale price I think.
To make a lot of DP I think people are paying for extra dungeon runs and auctioning off the creatures they get from packs.

The thing is even if they are just getting the DP from selling monsters where are the people getting the huge amounts of DP to buy those monsters with? I have seen monsters for 12k if you made 500DP a day it would take you three weeks to save that much.
There must be a different way people are getting hat much DP.

It's just my opinion, but if someone puts it up for anything over 1k on a new server, they are just braggin about it, or gonna have it up til someone has enough DP to buy it.
There are some UC's that worth an easy 150 DP, lizardman royal, defender, etc minus the Lizardman which is usually 10dp fodder. UC Terrors also go for in the 100s due to the nice base stats, skill and 3 range. I see some UC cards that id take over some of the rares and super rares i've seen.

I could put a monster up for 9999, that doesn't mean I'm going to find a buyer for this 9999 monster >.>
How the auction works is: you put up a monster for 10, someone bids 10, you get 9 and the auction takes 1(10%). It doesn't matter what price you put on it, that doesn't dictate anything, maybe besides you're not that bright for putting it up for 9999.

Can you find the specific please?
Maybe it's the more get the more % you get taxed.
But all the 10's I sell I get 9, so it depends on how much you sell it for.
Or it could be between 10-19% rounded down for all we know.

It does not really specify how much fee we pay.
So we can't really tell. So it depends on the closing amount i guess?

Nope, 15% rounded down.

The 400 bid could easily be someone funneling dp from one account to another, doesn't mean you'll be able to sell your card anywhere near that amount.
