Downloadable or on disc?

I was reading a comment on youtube and it said that Generations might only be being released as a downloadable game and it is not comming out on disc.

Well for one I hope not. I am running out of room on my HDD! I need it to be on disc.

So I ask you lot do you want it on Disc or as a downloadable game?

I'd prefer it on disc. It feels really nice to actually hold a disc in your hands, know that it is yours and no-one else's, and know that nothing can ever take it away from you. Plus, as you said, it leaves more room free.

It's not going to be a downloadable title, based on the size and graphics rich nature of the game, its going to be released on disc. The budget on this one is clearly too large to firstly not release to disc and miss the in-store promotion, and secondly to single out everyone without their xbox or PS3 hooked up the internet (there are many such people...)

Sonic 4 was a good example of a downloadable title. Short and simple. This is clearly a full Sonic game, Wii got Colours, Xbox and PS3 get this.

lol who ever said this might be downloadable only is CRAZYYYY. they're really going to fit a game with THOSE graphics and from the amount of levels...i'm thinking a hefty amount.
that would be HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE DOWNLOAD. no way =P

Disc. Downloadable games are cool, though, because you don't have worry about anything breaking but your console.

By definitive choice, disc would be the best decision. Live & Network are neat options, but to actually own it in your hands and playing it. There's no denying that first moment of excitement when you place a disc in the tray. Then the logo + intro plays. = pure joy

i hope it comes out for both disc and downloadable simply because my 360 atm can't read disc based games -______- due to RRoD. But it can only play downloaded games. Having the option of both would satisfy alot of people imo.

being game via download or via disk, processor used is the same . no influence on the red light .

your best option and seek assistance to fix red lights and back to being a happy Gammer eheheheheheheh

thanks ruby! you took me from a weight of my consciousness now, because my xbox can not access the live!

(It was unlocked by my brother ... and thanks to that today I no longer have access to live .... and he already has no more right to play my videogames (calm I let him live heehhe))

but anyway this is good news!
