Cant join/create mission?

It says that whenever I try to join or create a mission @_@

any idea why i cant?

Something about the quest being in the Camp West Gate, you have one already going or something, I dont know what exactly you did before she keeps telling you that

Ah i see. Is there any way to cancel the mission that im on right now? So i can join another?

Edit: Ok, what you need to do is go to the left of the mission counter to go through a warp to your ship, then jump in the water again.

That starts the mission...
