pso wont work

:cry: i just signed up for bb becuse my xbox version had to many hackers and i kept losing all my rares over and over and there werent that many ppl that played online.and i completed everything for installation,my pc meets the requirements and it works intel i get to the part whare i select the ship and block and it starts to load and then the screen turns pitch black and says pso encountered a problem and closes up.can some one please help me so i can play the game :oops: :cry:
