All Secret Characters

I just got Isuka, and I know one of the secret characters is Leopaldon. Who are all of the others?

That would be Kakusei Sol and Kakusei Ky.
You need to keep playing GG Boost mode with Robo Ky II and keep upgrading him, until you can beat these upgraded versions of Sol and Ky at the end of it with over 1,500,000 points. Then you gotta beat Robo Ky Source. He's basically a ridiculously huge Robo Ky II. Do that, you can select Kakusei Sol and Ky by pressing start twice on them in the select screen. They're both permanently Dragon-Installed, have automatic links between certain moves, and have Infinite Tension.
The only downfall is that they take headaches on occasion. They recover pretty quickly though.

Wow. How hard it is? What mode do u have to play? My game haven't arrive yet. Robo ky ii is he a secret character?

You need to play GG Boost mode. Think Streets of Rage with Guilty Gear you've got a fairly accurate image. Robo Ky II isn't a secret character, you start with him, but he's weak to begin with. You can upgrade him with other characters moves, increase his stats with various kits, and even affect his Roman Cancel behaviour (like reduced tension costs) with chips.

How do u upgrade chips for my robot ky? I have no idea how to do it.

I don't actually own the game, my friend does, and I haven't bothered making my own Robo-Ky yet. I don't actually know how to apply chips. Check the manual. As for rating - 8.5/10. Maybe a 9. Maybe.

How do u beat leopaldon? GOD. I Can't beat him.

Slayer's probably your best bet. What with the mid-air Immortal Wings, the spinning-cape-thingamajigger, and his jump kick, as well as teleporting past the smaller fireballs, he's well-equipped for this fight.
