I know some fighter games have a way that you can submit character ideas--does the Guilty Gear team have a location that we may send in character idea concepts?

You'll get shot down because the guy that does the GG characters is very specific and more then likely will not take requests.

Look at from his point of view: It's very annoying to have fans do that.
