Hello,

there was a short, hour long outage today at approx 10am gmt-8 for the GC servers. The issue has been identified as an power outage and we are working to get the servers/billing pages up asap.

Thanks for your patience

This is getting ridiculous Sega, for almost a week the login server is down. All US players are getting 120 errors. There might not be a huge amount of US players playing right now but we are still PAYING customers and having these servers down is unacceptable.

There is a topic dedicated to this problem on another PSO site and many of the users there are in disappointed by what is happening.

I agree. Please, at least give us a reason why this is taking so long to fix?

I has been one week since the "power outage" occured and still unable to login. Usually online server that go down are up and running in a a day or two, but it seems that you have not done anything to fix this problem. If there has been another problem let the customers know about it. It also it seems that you can't even reply to the customer in this topic. Give us some Information or an update of what is going on. Having bad service and the inability to fix a problem will detour people from purchasing a sega games that is online, because the way you seem to handle it.

I want a reply why we can't login.

Sega is aware of the problem and should be making another announcement soon. Sorry for the delays.

Thank you Momonpso, I know that you are not responsible for any of this or Clumsyorchid but Sega really have to let their consumers know what is happening because this type of publicity is bad and does not help their image at all.
