It stands for Sonic: Time Attacked.

Plot: Eggman goes back in time and kills Tails and Sonic. Back in the present day, Sonic feels himself starting to fade out of existence. He has to defeat Eggman once and for all before he completely disappears.

Anyway, Eggman goes back to when Sonic was just starting out in his hero days, and kidnaps Tails. Your boss in Slide City 3 is the classic eggman-with-pendulum routine... only Tails acts as the pendulum. After the boss, Tails drops (supposedly to his doom), Sonic looks on in stunned silence, and Eggman shoots him in the back.

On Undisturbed Paradise 1, I managed to link 108 out of 107, and improved my score there to 117040. Maybe there are other levels where the max link has been miscalculated or where it's possible to get an object to count multiple times in the link; if not, it's impossible to beat any of my scores.

That TAS is already in the process of being obsoleted. Expect the next version (by AKA) to come in between 1 and 3 seconds faster.

When it goes to the display screen I click, full screen. Says warning if you continue data will all be erased.

Same happened with the windowed option.

Is there another button I don't know about that actually lets me play the game?
