Account locked out

My beta account is locked out. I was moving to another universe when the game seemed to freeze or it was taking whay to long for the move. I waited five minutes then exited to the 360s dash board. Now my account is locked out. I was hoping to play during the last day of the beta. How do I go about getting it unlocked. My gamertag is Quixter.
