I was wondering if someone could explain each criteria on the tuning window was for me?

I'll try to give a general run down on some aspects of tuning, I'm no expert so I'll try to answer the things I know
Generator: Here you can tune your EN output for better recharge rate, or the overall EN levels so that you have a longer energy bar. KP output I believe strengthens the shield by raising the amount.
Arms: If you use laser weapons, you may want to invest points in EN weapons to boost your skill in it. Accuracy is a no brainer, and stability I believe in there helps with shell weapons with recoil. You can also tweak the lock on speed, on how fast it takes for your FCS to lock on a target, which is good for FCS's with low lock on speed, but great range.
Primal Armor: Here you're just raising the stats of primal armor on each leg, arm etc... From what I understand light AC's should be more geared to PA, while heavy don't need as much PA due to high AC.
Boosters: These are for tuning your main boosters, to get more kick out of their performance
Special Boosters: Here you're tuning quick boost for more performance.
Mobility: Not to sure, but I know tweaking the leg mobility only has a difference on how fast your AC walks not boosts. I'm not sure but if there's a firing stability option you can raise it for less recoil from shell weapons, legs with high firing stability are good for shell weapons with high recoil IE BFF.

Good stuff indeed :) Wrote something down outta that...
...basically cuz my sniper cannons stun me every time i shoot em :P So plz confirm: Even if i'm boosting, high firing stability legs and increasing fire stability (in arms and legs?) will keep that from happening???

Yeah, increasing firing stability stat, and legs with good firing stability Arm F something in weapons will help. Rayleonard and BFF have pretty good stability parts for those who like shell weapons with heavy recoil. Also shell weapons have good stun impact, though I hear pulse weapons do too.

the firing stability doesn't apply much in the air. So just before firing hop in the air and let your FCS do the work. even when you boost around on the ground you tend to hesitate to kneel and fire so hop. and if you want to be real tricky hope in one direction and just above the ground quick boost the way you came. Gets em everytime. lol

Firing stability does to affect accuracy in the air it might not on the sniper rifle. But for faster rifle's it will decease your accuracy.
