Can't get reg. 1.5?

How do i get regulation 1.5? For some reason everytime I get online it says no games are found, something must be wrong because I have a good conection so I don't know what the problem is. pls help

1.5 (something I might be responsible for spreading the word about) seemed to exist for a couple hours at most.

The reason you aren't finding games is because there aren't other players waiting with a match created that meets the parameters you set to search for.

Your best bet is to create a match and wait a few minutes.
