Well i heard that for VF3, the team had to redo all the throw animations and reversals of each character with Taka Arashi so that it didn't look like player's hand's and bodies were going through his stomach...

Now considering the number of throws and reversals and characters in VF5, thats gonna be hell of a lot of work and data...

Then there's the physics for Taka's super heavy weight class...

I think an easy way around it is bring back Taka as a character the size of jeffrey/wolf and have him still use Sumo. Not all Sumos are as massive as his VF3 size, so I think its believable to have a Sumo roughly the size of wolf/jeff, maybe shorter but slightly wider.

As I was watching this video in Youtube, I am surprised version d is going to have a fifth costume for the fighters.
