Why would you want Silver to appear in Sonic X? So they could screw him up? I thought it would be cool when if they had Gamma make an appearance, and they did. He sucked. Then I began looking forward to Shadow, and then they introduced him. He sucked. I was interrested to hear what Creams voice would sound like after playing Sonic Advance 2, and they ruined that too. Although, the cast from the cartoon is now the same as the game's cast, so I guess it may be less likely that they would take a character they made themselves and ruin him. I wouldn't give my hopes up, though.

Gamma was fine in the Japanese version. Trust me.

As for Silver it may not be so bad, depending on whether they introduce him via his Next Gen debut or Rivals one.

Wether they're true or not or if they WILL be true is another thing. :o
But... can you imagine the whole SNG thing happening?! :D A lot of stuff that happened in that game, I really enjoyed because it put the characters in cool situations. I liked Shadow teaming up with Rouge again, the triple threat, Silver meeting up with Amy was cute ^_^, the whole Blaze hanging with Silver thing came about in that game. Then again, Elise... :shock: I don't think Chris would need a competitor in Sonic X. :lol: I'd like to see how Sonic X would put a twist on such a controversial game. 8)

It was the one place in the Sonic world where they didn't make Amy look like a complete fool. And hey, Tails got to do more than fly into another wall/building/etc! And Sonic didn't need a mini army just to win. :wink:
Also, he was ALWAYS the one who could pull through in a crunch, as it should be.

I just watched to the first few minutes of the Japanese and French versions. In my opinion, the voices used for the theme for the Japanese version was even more annoying than the one for English. I couldn't help but laugh listening to it. But I thought the French theme was much, much more tolerable, which was surprising.
The characters' voices for the Japanese version were annoying too. However, I've got to give them credit for finding a voice actor for Cream that doesn't threaten to bust my ear drums. But, once again, I am surprised to find that the French version was much more tolerable. Maybe I should watch my animes in French from now on. :lol:

I've gotta ask, though. What was going on when Espio made that baby face at Cream's mother on the Japanese and French versions? That was a little freaky.

Funny because both SatAM and SU got cancelled, those shows are real failures.

Eggman release robot, Sonic smashes robot and everyone have a good laugh.

So boring!

In all fairness that did happen a lot in SatAm and SU, just there was a lot of variation in implementing it, which Sonic X did too at times.

People have been claiming how small an audience it attracted and didn't even air fully in Japan.

SatAm from what I know is quite popular, and many fans claim there was a lot more to it than bad ratings (ABC had some strict rules with Kids shows apparantly).

And in all fairness, SEGA say A LOT of things.

I don't think Silver is a geek. :D A lot of people kinda make him out to be geeky the same way they make Shadow out to be emo. It's all in good fun. :P But I guess it might be his voice actor. hahahaha I don't care, I like the voice. Besides, he's supposed to be about 14, 2 years older than Amy, 1 below Sonic. He isn't going to sound like Barry White. :lol:

SatAM is a cult classic now, hence it's popularity, in the same way that if Sonic X officially calls it quits and goes down in the archives, people will dub it a cult classic as one of the most successful Sonic shows.
I loved Sonic X because I actually got to LEARN things about the characters, you know? It actually gave them a bit more depth. It made Amy look a lot less annoying, showed that Tails wasn't just a smart kid who bawls out to Sonic all the time and makes ships that half the time he can't fly :lol: He even single handedly saved a city in Sonic X, go Tails!
I could've done with more Tails, but they gave him some great moments too. Even Big had good moments in Sonic X! Shadow was awesome and actually powerful, unlike the joke he is in the comics. Knuckles & Rouge :P brought me ENDLESS entertainment. And most of all, Sonic was a serious butt kicker in his own right. He was the definitive star of the show, and I liked that. It made Sonic look cool, and I agree, you can't knock it till you've seen the other dubs. 8)

just like 3 weeks ago (maybe 4) the last episode of sonic x (on 4kids at least) aired, but then again it could always go to some other channel or come back later on.

Also Kirby right back at ya ended with the movie in the usa, however it is still going on in japan. Sort of like how the old transformers had a movie where they killed prime, and in japan they just kept on going with out prime ever being killed.

As far as know Kirby has ended in both countries (the movie was composed of the final episodes) and the japanese Transformers started before the original series ended.

Seriously, this was my favorite show. :lol: And I've been watching Sonic ever since you could watch Sonic. I liked all the shows! But I never liked any of them as much as I did Sonic X.

Yeah I liked OVA, but I'm one of those who also had my beefs... mainly the lead human girl, having the hots for Sonic. :lol:
