Try looking for the DVD's. They are easy to find, but theirs allot of them, so you probably won't get all the episodes.

DVD's. I believe they've been pretty much released all of them.
First couple of seasons were released in ten volumes, while the last was released in two sets.

If you're in the UK, you're less lucky.
They released about four volumes with only two episodes per DVD, then stopped distribution.
UK doesn't tend to be the best for anime volumes, usually stopping part way through a series.
Here's a link to the Japanese sub episodes (be sure to thank Justin Summerville):

Yeah, I got all 4 of those DVDs. At the time, £5 per DVD didn't seem all that bad, but had there been a boxset, it would have been worth £20-30.
Whatever happened to Sonic X in the UK anyway? Back in the days of Fox Kids, and when Sonic X was in its prime, there used to be 4 episodes shown daily (5 on a Wed.) You would also have the occasional Sonic X marathon on a bank holiday. I don't think any other country aired episodes at that frequency. Then all of a sudden, the show went on and off the air. Did Jetix UK ever finish showing the Metarex season, or was Ep65 the latest episode to be shown?
How could Sonic X have fallen in the UK that quickly? When you take into consideration 4 episodes daily, McDonalds' Sonic X toys and marathons, Sonic X just abruptly coming to an end like that is so disappointing. Even its 3AM slot seems to have disappeared now.
The only way to watch Sonic X in the UK now is to watch RM files.

Well, sooorrrrriiiieeeee. :P
That was the best I could do (and in many people's opinion, you're getting a better show with the Japanese version). If you use the search button at the top of the site there is some English episodes as well, though I don't know if the whole series is there like the Japanese version.

Well it is kinda an old show now. I mean when was the last episode aired, about 2005 or something? I still see the odd Sonic X merchandise, some plushes in claw machines for example, but I admit it's rare.
The whole series did air in the UK, but usually in 'Graveyard slots' like midday schooltime or likely this 3AM slot you mentioned.
UK usually isn't a big seller on animes, at least for not very long. The only exception may have been Pokemon and even then they still didn't release even the full first series (trust me, if they had my brother probably would have swiped it).

Although I realise an old show can only be on for so long in a good time slot, Sonic X for me seemed to just abruptly end without a gradual decline. A show that was aired so frequently with good viewer ratings I believe, deserved a little better. There's no way we can even watch Sonic X anymore without downloading episodes.
But as you say, Anime doesn't seem to do all that well over here.

I don't like the English version. Sure, the English version can be funny sometimes, but the Japanese version is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better.
However, it's fun to use clips from the English version in YouTube Poop, because you can make it ROFLOL-funny. (Watch Deepercutt's YTP "Shut Up!" or KroboProduction's "Tails Has an Excellent Time in Michigan" and you'll see)

It had its moments. But for the most part, Rouge was a brainless "street trash" girl who just didn't take the hint that Knuckles didn't like her(aside from when she did, but she would just forget 5 minutes later), Knuckles was a drooling angry simp who seemed to hate most everyone around him, and I don't think much anyone liked Chris Thorndyke. The characters often came off like some sort of bad stereotypes of themselves.
Not to mention GUN, who, after capturing a jewel thief, hires her as their newest agent on the spot.

Rouge was awful in the first season, but near the end of the series she wasn't so bad...
