Destroying buildings, do they come back?

Topic. Ive crushed the empire state, but its not coming back / respawning :(

I've the same doubt. Do the destroyed buildings come back? :(
I've destroyed all the tallest buildings in town. :(

The only way I found to make them come back quickly is to exit and restart. I heard that using the subway works but it didn't for me.

Ah they do, i think you jsut need to turn ur 360 on and off, they have reapperaed but the area on thr map is still grey.

i have found they do in the pc version if you just go to another area for a while and destroy stuff. i destroyed starks building and came back 10 minutes later and it was there.
