Jump on the hulkbuster and slam :) This is what i did to deafeat him.

how do defeat the S.I.Hulkbuster

Rage attacks are the only way. Using the Thunderclap is the easiest way though it takes a bit of time. The Rage based Groundsmash does more damage but it is a little tricky using that on him as he is prone to fly off or run off in the other direction. So when you do use that move make sure he is going to be stationary for those few seconds.
