No sound

Ive downloaded this awesome game from direct to drive but ive got no sound!

anyone else got this problem? anyone know if any fixes for me? :(

i have the exact same problem

later edit: i have a crappy onboard sound card, Realtek AC97; all other games work fine

installing the latest drivers and reinstalling the game did the trick for me, now the audio is ok

hmm my card i think is a soundmax integrated card and i have the latest drivers :(

anyone else got a fix for this? playing with the sound of isnt so bad but id rather have it haha :)

tried sega support but they were as much use a chocolate poker, seems im doomed to play this game with no sound

Same thing here. I played twice with sound, now all of a sudden, sound's gone. I changed nothing, in fact, I didn't even so much as move the mouse between the second and third play. I reinstalled Space Siege, and updated my drivers, nothing worked.

same problem for me. no sound on either Realtek AC97 onboard sound or AXPC USB headphones. sound works in everything else.

I also have a Plantronics USB headset sound still dose not work.

I just found a fix for it. Reinstall the game, but make sure to get rid of your saves and preferences in the uninstaller.
