Throwing Grenades

I've basically just started the game and it did tell me how to throw grenades, but only once and I can't remember which key it is. Anyone care to tell me?

it's a skill in the skill bar. so you can move it around. also look for it in skills

Yeah, noticed it appeared on it's own at number 5. I only had 4 when I posted the question......seems kinda dumb it not being there from the start, really.
