What if Sonic had a Survival horror game?

I was reading this topic about Sonic 4(Even though Sonic 3 is like 4) and this guy said SEGA could learn something from Capcom, the first thing to come to my mind was Resident Evil 4, so I thought maybe Sonic could have a Survival horror, like a Shooter with Zombies. :idea:

SEGA isn't all about Sonic ya know?
Besides, they have the House of the Dead series, so they already have survivel horror games.
If Sonic got a survivel horror game though..... That would just be wrong...
One more thing.
I think SEGA meant that they should stop rushing games and dig up thier old franchieses (sorry), like Capcom.
That is what they're doing after all, Golden Axe and Samba De Amigo is back, and I don't think any of the games there's on it's way right now will be rushed. (Madworld, the 3 Sonic games, Amigo, Golden Axe).

Just kidding. Seriously, I would like Sonic to stay the way he is. In my opinion, the characters don't fit survival horror. Besides, I'll just play House of the Dead 2 if I want survival horror shooter action. ;)

Wow, no one said it was good. And that's exactly the reason why this is a bad idea. Why would you have a character not meant for survival horror be in it? Sega has other series for that. Imagine a world where you have to use guns to shoot the guts out of people, and Sonic is the one looking all serious with the gun. :shock:
