Hey this is my first post on these forums, I hope you all know A:CM means Aliens: Colonial Marines. also I have been trying to make an Account on Gear Box forums but have been having alot of trouble getting the email from my ISP so I was wondering if anyone here who also has a account there could tell me if there was a way for me to register without an ISP email
Anyways I was just wondering what you all would think about what I had to say about what I would like in A:CM first for those of you who have played CoD4 you will have noticed that all cut scenes stay at the First Person View even when using a vehicle (bomber weapon on helicopter)
I would really like this to happen in A:CM too as I think it adds realism to the games and makes you feel like you are really participating in the game, though the character you were playing as never spoke one word other than injury cries. But the thing I didnt like was that you had to play as more than one character in CoD4 even though I like both Soap and Jackson and have nothing against the president you play as when he gets executed or when you play as Price I just didnt like having to do that considering CoD4 was suposed to be a very realistic game. I would like it so that when playing Single Player not Co-Op that you stay as the same characters throughout the game but you can hear you voice when you are talking or answering something like No Sir or Yes Sir to a superior.
Another I would really really like it if we were able to add parts to weapons for co-op and multiplayer like we coulde in CoD4 Maybe for things like adding a silencer to your Pulse Rifle or pistol or and a red dot sight to your Pulse Rifle or if you dont want a red dot have the option to lower the handle part on the Pulse Rifle so you can your the Iron Sights. Another thing I would like for atleast multiplayer would be to have more than the 5 or so weapons that we are positive will be in the game. Now the last thing I want to say is multiplayer modes what I want:
Death Match (free for all)
Team Death Match (i think we all know this one)
Zombie (Survivor in AvP2, Infection in Halo 3 a must for a game with Xenos)
Capture the Flag (all variants)
these are just the basic
Now I dont expect anyone to care or even Sega or Gear Box to listen to the community as listening to one person cant make all the rest happy.

You're right on point with this one. I'm really, really sick of games that throw you into a role where your character is like this mute juggernaut. I mean, give them some lines. I mean, if the guy's quiet, ok. At least he can say, like you said, YES SIR!

But I think it's better if they have actual lines. For example, if you're playing Hicks, in a given situation, he might say, "Oh :):):):), everyone fall back!", whereas, if you're playing Hudson, he'll say, ":):):):) man, we're doomed, we're all gonna die!"

whilst I agree with the voices to some degree I'd like there to be an option to turn them off during co-op play, so that players can use their own dialogue and not get irritated by the same old sayings popping in all the time.

"RELOADING!" almost ruined Left 4 Dead for me... so annoying.

Wow, completely correct. There was almost nothing worse than hearing that word at least about a million times during the course of one mission there. Even now when I'm shooting at the range and someone yells, "Reloading!" I cringe.

But I was referring to the single player experience. Give them a voice and lines. Multiplayer? Unless it's a cutscene, all gameplay voices are off, save for headsets. No need to have Hudson whining like a girl when the guy playing him can do it much better and more convincingly. Instead of hearing the recycled screams of defiance and terror, you would have plenty of people boosting morale or making you want to shoot THEM.

There would be no option, either. Multiplayer? Humans speak. You're playing the campaign alone with bots? Listen to the witty banter of the marines.
