Ok, the performace of this game is ridiculous! I am playing on a PC with Vista 32bit, an AMD dual-core 4200+ (2.2ghz) with 4gigs of RAM and GeForce 8500 GT, and the game is unplayable even on the lowest video settings! I understand that the 8500 is not the BEST video card out there but it is significantly better than the minimum reqs. There seems to be some major software/graphics engine related issues with this game and I want to know if there is some sort of a patch in the works to fix it.
Otherwise, who do I call for a refund?!

Pls dont take the following personally :)
Not the best is a joke, its nearly the worst. Put a 8600gt with 512 MB Ram into your PC and you will see a significant difference. But even a 8600gt with only its 32 shader units is not a good solution (i know because i played the game on a PC with an 8600gt). And as far as i know the 8500 only got 16 shader units .. todays games are using alot shader units, thats why other video cards with 96+ shader units like 8800gts(96) and 8800gt(112 shader units) are so much faster.
The 8500gt is not a video card for gaming.i would highly prefer a 7800 or 7900 over a 8500. Your CPU is really ok, its superior to your video card.
Cheers.

No offense taken, in fact I totally agree with what your saying. My point is that the minimum specs on the game box say 512mb of RAM and a Nvidia 6800. Now I have much more than that and I can't even play the game on the most basic settings (everything low or off, no v-sync, 800x600). That means there is something wrong with the game or the company falsely advertised the minimum specs for the game, either way they should do something about it.
Oh, and one more thing. I play Mass Effect with the settings max on 1280 resolution without a single issue. Space Siege with the graphics set to the lowest point has nothing that looks like it should demand a quarter of the resources Mass Effect does unless it is not utilizing said resources properly.
