I just got the SatAM box set!

yay! I haven't seen this show since I was about 7 years old! I remember I used to watch it every single day before I went to kindergarten - 2nd grade! I also had a movie which included the race episode, which I watched like 10000000 times.

lol i'm really glad i got this even though its a bit kiddy, it's still funny at times and i still enjoy watching it even though its been over 10 years.

sadly i have school tomorrow so i was only able to watch the first ep but still ^_^ i cant wait till i can watch more tomorrow!

I have the boxset too. Hate it, though, with the exception of a few episodes. I much prefer AoStH and Underground.

I got it for my birthday (which was on August 24th). My favorite episodes are Blast to the Past pts. 1 and 2, Ro-Becca, Doomsday Project, and Sonic Racer (which I remember watching a lot when I was 7, along with a few other SatAM VHS tapes and AoStH ones as well).

really my mom found it at wal mart. it just came in (and was sold out in the same day). she was asking "would you like a sonic dvd set? i saw it at wal mart and thought maybe it would be a good christmas present".

and well i thought she was talking about sonic x and i was all "i dont really.... like it that much..... it depends what it is." and then she is all

"well i bought it". she showed me, and i gave her the 20$ to have it early lol

If there were an uncut box set, it wouldn't be a 4Kids project. Many of the production staff and several VAs left 4Kids during these past few years. Furthermore, the cut footage etc. was never dubbed.

Again that's a bit unfortunate. On the box set I have it has both the 4kids and Funimation logos for some odd reason. What did Funimation have anything to do with the Sonic X project?

I believe Funimation distributed Sonic X and managed the media rights. I don't think Funimation had any control over the dub content itself.
