PSU 360 MARKETPLACE PROBLEM

ok ive been trying for like 3 days to get an answer, from either the PSU FORUMS, PSU admin, xbox.com email, 1800 -4my -xbox guy, xbox360.com psu forums, and one other gamer forum besides those

anyway i bought a visa giftcrad with 25$ on it, i already registered it and attatched it to my name and it auto charged one dollar, which is normal, I went to buy PSU GUARDIANS license on the marketplace and i get the "cant authorise purchase" message which has more words but im not actually at my 360. i went to re-edit my information in case that was wrong, and i made it better and redid it twice, and it charged two more dollars, and all i did was capitalize my name and address. but then i go back to buy the GUARDIANS license, i get the same message, no one has came up with a answer so far and i still cant play and its irritating.

Microsoft is incharge of PSU Billing on the 360, contact Microsoft, SEGA is only in charge of the game servers.

ive tried that ive even waited for an email response from them and talked to the indian guy on 1800-4my-xbox and then when he had no idea i spoke to his supervisor who came up with no ideas, so i went to gamer forums a few days ago,
ye i even called to check if the visa card i got would work for online purchases, and ye, it does

Sega does not handle billing on the Xbox 360 platform.
For billing questions please call 1-800-4MY-Xbox.

dang, its not there fault but thats useless

im just looking for people who might have the problem or the answer now

The only way you can get the problem fixed is through Microsoft support, every billing issue is unique.

You might have to try again on Monday to get support from M$. I am guessing they are all closed for the Winter Solace.
