I'm used to playing it on a PC with a mouse (extremely accurate and very fast reload). So iI'm finding it a little difficult to complete the game with 3 lives and 5 continues maximum. So I'm trying to unlock some additional lives/continues and this is what I found.

I looked up the unlocks for House of the Dead 2. One of them reads "Infinite Continues - Beat the game in Training Mode and Boss Mode". Now I finished all of the training missions and all of the boss mode fights so shouldn't I have unlocked this.

Another reads "Unlimited Credits (Original Mode) - Complete Boss Mode with 5-star marks for each boss, including Fight All Bosses Mode" - Now I haven't progressed to five stars on all of the boss fights yet so I shouldn't have this.

But are these the same thing? Credits and Continues? Are these correct? If so how do I complete the Infinite Continues goal?
