Since it isn't a private parking lot it is the only "part" of E3 that is open to the public, not that it would be worth going to.

WHERES MAH NEXUS 7 UPDATE, i wanted to see a refresh, preferably with snagdragon processor.

Although I gotta say it's really cool and creepy at the same time that you can literally search all your personal info/email/files/etc through Google now. I think I'm gonna install Google Now on my phone.

Coming out next month for 349 US Dollars with Sonic 4 Episode II and Expendable: Rearmed pre-installed. That doesn't sound too bad, aside from the fact that the streaming functionality only works with 6 games and isn't even finished yet. You'd be better off buying a cheap android phone and a PS3 Controller, then buying Splashtop. It works with all games and doesn't require a Nvidia card.

News release...

News release

While Intel has to still prove these performance claims they are making, they continue to prove that the expenses warranted by operating foundries continues to pay off. 22nm chips, with 14nm mobile due next year or two puts them an entire manufacturing node and process ahead of Global Foundries and TSMC (Qualcomm and Nvidia providers). The only one who I think is close to matching Intel process wise is Samsung, whose chips are at 22nm I think or are going to be there soon.

Not to mention Intel's operations and transfers onto 450mm wafers for production. It seems that just like the early 2000's when pentium wasn't cutting it, Intel is once again going to or trying to flex it's foundry muscles and make sure that everyone knows that they can get the job done.

Netflix subscribers (and non-subscribers), what do you see as the future of the company and specifically what players do you see emerging to successfully challenge it in the video streaming business?

Netflix seems like it's in a good position now, but something tells me it's not going to last. I just don't know who is going to take its position away yet. Surely it will be a bigger more powerful player, but they haven't shown a competitive service..yet.

It's been just bad news for Apple lately. Not only do their profits drop, but Samsung's Galaxy S4 reviews have been pretty bad, which, as we know from the Motley Fool, is actually bad for Apple (seriously, they actually said that). Their stock tanked in April and only rose 15% since then. The iPhone has been declared a fad by commenters everywhere. Stick a fork in them, they're done!

So who will replace them? It has to be a company that has a better record than Apple has. If it has EVER suffered a loss of growth or profit or anything ever, then it can't be considered, because Apple proves, once something shrinks even just a little bit, it's all over.
Second, they have to have more than fads. The iPhone is a fad. It's only been the most popular smartphone for 7 year. Whatever replaces the iPhone has to either be completely brand new and disrupt the industry as the iPhone did or it has to have been the top selling smartphone for more than 7 years. Anything less and it's just a fad.

Personally, I think Microsoft is bound to be the next king of games. Sure, they've been slowly decaying since 2000, and even suffered a loss last year, but I'm sure the next Windows Phone is going to take the world by storm. They might not fit the criteria that I listed, but no company should be expected to (except Apple).
First, the Wall Street Journal published an article claiming the changes would be "pretty conservative," then in a conversation on Branch, many Apple heavyweights claimed that they'd heard that the changes would be significant.

A new report by 9to5Mac has yet more information about the upcoming revision, which is expected to be released at WWDC 2013. 9to5Mac cite "multiple people who have either seen or have been briefed on...iOS 7" who claim the new interface and general design will be "very, very flat." Other sources claim the general design "loses all signs of gloss, shine and skeumorphism" which are currently found in iOS app such as Calendar and Game Centre. According to 9to5Mac, the new version of iOS takes after the "Metro" design language that is prevalent in Windows 8 and Windows Phone.

"Flatness" is, according to the report, the reduction of unneeded textures or miscellaneous design features that currently adorn iOS. Jony Ive, who now heads up the iOS design team, is a staunch supporter of minimalistic designs, which is echoed in his other works, such as the iPhone, iPad and iPod. The new design will align the "entire system," hinting at a redesign of all the core apps, and a movement from skeumorphism.
