Hi guys, its my first post as i only joined today so please be gentle.

I have a Panasonic TX-P46S10B 1080p HD TV

I have got my dreamcast today and hooked it up via Scart Lead (Its not fully wired so i dont think its a true RGB type)

The problem is that the picture is moved to the left leaving a big black bar on the right side of the screen. I have done some research on the net but not really found a solution. I have gone into the service menu to try and adjust the picture but cant see a setting to do this. It displays just fine on my 32 inch old CRT TV.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am an avid retrogamer that grew up with both a SNES and Sega Genesis + Sega CD system, and being a fan of both systems, I decided to recently purchase a Sega Dreamcast. As the system is well over 13 years old, I realize that WiFi adapters were a very new concept that may not have been released in all parts of the world when it came to realization. I definitely had dial-up internet (and all of its slow connection speed) in 1998, but living in the middle of nowhere with a broken street severing our neighborhood's internet cable line meant no broadband on my side of the street.

Today, I am playing Skies of Arcadia, a wonderful game, but just found out that internet access is needed unlock a couple parts of the game that were included when you purchased it all those years ago. My home now has WiFi internet and while I have found some links to convert a Dreamcast internet connector to use WiFi, the guides are either only for broadband line adapters (which were rare on these systems and are expensive to buy), are broadband adapters specifically made by sega (These cost about 3-5 times what an average complete dreamcast does ($50ish) from what I saw on ebay!) or they have FAQ's for obsolete versions of Microsoft Windows (I use Windows 7 Home Edition).

I am aware that Sega likely never created one of these, but I want to see about purchasing an adapter that does not require a ton of work to set up or that is just a bunch of tedious & confusing instructions (I am not that mechanically inclined and do not build computers, hence why I did not major in engineering in college). If anybody has links to any website stores, possible resources from Sega, anybody sells this adapter personally, or has links to relevant items that I could buy on Ebay // Amazon // Yahoo Stores // Etc... it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for helping this Sega Fan and newb to the website out!

When I first made this account it was just a small thing and I wasn't really into the Sega forums. But now, I am getting more interested in posting and becoming a better member, and I am kinda wishing I could change my forum name, just this once....it doesn't quite suite what I would prefer for my official name.

I recently bought Sonic Adventure 2 for my laptop because I always used to play it on my Gamecube when I was younger. First it crashed when I opened the launcher so I created a UserConfig.cfg and a Keyboard.cfg and now it launches like it's supposed to. Then this -> http://oi41.tinypic.com/dcbvro.jpg screen appears, I select 'New File' and confirm by clicking the 'green' button but nothing happens. It's just saving the game but the game doesn't start. No matter what I try...I have no idea what to do. I hope anyone can help me here :)

I have a 975EE i7 overclocked to 4.1 GHz with 24 GBs of RAM, an ssd and dual Radeon 5870's running crossfire so it should be powerful enough but even when I dial back the settings to low, the game still barely runs.
