The profile pic is actually a Tarot Card made by the same manga Artist, it's "The Star" card and it's a picture of a guy pouring water out of two pots along with a stars. It's supposed to look abstract like that and the original tarot is picture of a naked woman pouring water into a lake and there are stars in the sky.
