Because they go off-topic so much, they over do the character development on Sonic and make him an *** to all his friends (Including Tails), under develop Shadow, make everyone else seem so silly by the ways they talk, to much damn romance, stupid looking villains (And I mean really stupid at times. AKA Scourge...)

Now if they didn't over do Sonic, worked a bit more with Shadow, and didn't do the romance, I would probably like the comics a lot.
