You should infuse the real Lightning with a Tonberry. Tonberries have a 35% boost in strength and magic when maxed out. You should also allow her to infuse a Miniflan. When maxed out Miniflans have the ability "Role Resonance" which increases strength and magic whenever all roles in a paradigm are the same. So if you have Cerbreus in your paradigm pack, the ability will take effect.
