They suck, that's all I have to say. Sonic's muscles and my muscles both work same. But as with anyone muscles will eventually get tired if they are constantly used, when I'm running instead of gliding, me and Sonic would be able to run the same amount of time. (5-6 days straight if the speed remains around 450-500 mph) While gliding I am able to add on an extra 3 days to this, for gliding takes less energy for me to use.
I am able to run just as fast as Sonic even without the shoes on. The shoes are actually meant to keep my muscles at a normal rate instead of tiring over time. And yes I can use a fake emerald to use Chaos Control.
Under the circumstances I know where the round the bullet is in. Even then I can still take a bullet to the head once or twice before I die.
