I know. He opened it up and sent me some photos of the inside. I couldn't see much wrong though.

It turns on and reads disks but the cable worked with another dreamcast and hes wiggled it quite a bit

He did that but it was still just a flicker and theirs no sound.

They look ok, but a little dirty. He cleaned them out with a q tip after but still nothing.

I went through this with him but nothing worked. Hes using an hdtv he also tryed it on older tvs which flickered but then went black.

One of my sega fourm mates dreamcast wont display on the tv but the console turns on whirrs and clicks like it sho but it doesnt display or play sound.

Agreed. Hey do you have any knowlage on fixing dreamcasts which dont display anything?
